About the Founder: Alice Marmion

Alice has over 16 years experience of working within global apparel, textile and footwear supply chains within the luxury fashion, sportswear and consumer goods sectors.

Alice brings a wealth of knowledge across supply chain management, sourcing, production, raw material and product development, logistics and fulfilment.

She has deep strategic and practical experience in sustainability across social, environmental and governance aspects, plus experience with reporting frameworks and evolving global regulatory requirements.

As a certified lean six sigma project manager Alice has led several complex stakeholder engagement projects to completion and is skilled in change management, leadership capacity development and organisational restructure.
